Hi there! I'm Mindy.

I'm a natural light photographer based in the Portland metro area and I've been shooting seniors, weddings, engagements, and families since 2005.  I'm one of those creative types and photography just happens to be my favorite outlet!  My style is relaxed, artistic, light-chasing, and my goal is to deliver photos you absolutely treasure.  I've always been drawn to creative pursuits, and photography has become my favorite way to preserve the people, places, and stories that matter most.  I know, personally, as I watch my kids launch into adulthood, how special it is to capture each season.

When I'm not photographing clients, you'll find me traveling the world with my husband, gardening, painting, serving at church, and homeschooling.  My faith in Jesus is the foundation of all I do and His grace inspires me to live my life for His glory.

You'll also find an art shop here on my site. Photography may be my first creative love, but watercolor or acrylic painting is a close second. Whether I'm painting with light or with a brush, I simply love creating pieces that bring a little more beauty into the world.  I'm glad you're here.
